Partners' Profile:

Mr. Krishna Kumar Jhunjhunwala is a fellow member of ICAI. He is serving the profession since 1991. He had secured all India level 22nd rank in the Final Examination of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also passed the Examination of Company Secretaries held by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has vast and rich experience of over 29 years in the field of Finance, Merchant Banking, Taxation and Project Consultancy, Merger & Amalgamation. His main area of working is IPO Consultancy, consultancy on Private Equity, To handle survey & search cases, Management consultancy etc. He is Co-opted Member in Various Committees of Western India Regional Council of ICAI since last 10 Years. He is also Core Group Member with Bombay Chartered Accountants Society (BCAS).

Mr.Surendra Kumar Sureka is a fellow member of ICAI. He completed article ship from K.K.Jhunjhunwala & Co. During and after the article ship period he gained the in-depth experience in the field of internal audit, statutory audit and concurrent audit of companies and banks.His main area of working is internal audits, statutory audits, Preparation of IT Returns,To Handle Scrutiny Cases and GST Matters. He is Co-opted and sub-group Member in Various Committee of western India Regional Council. He is also member in various social committees.

Mr.Mukesh Tailor is a fellow member of ICAI. He completed his article ship from R.L.Bansal & Co.( A Medium Size reputed Chartered Accountants Firm based at Jaipur). During and after the article ship period he gained experience in the field of Audit of Manufacturing Companies and Banks. His main area of working is income tax, service tax, GST matters, audit and Preparation of Project Reports. 

Mr. Rajesh Agarwal is a part of M/s. K.K. Jhunjhunwala & Co since May 2009. He has completed his article ship from our firm (K.K.Jhunjhunwala & Co). Presently, he is assisting in handling Taxation and Audit Services. He is also assisting in handling Tax Audit and Tax representation of various clients. He has done Statutory Audit of Manufacturing, Trading and Service Industries. He has also experience of Bank Branch Audit, Internal Audit of Telecommunication industry, General Insurance Company and various other clients. He has also carried out assignments of various certifications, Due Diligence Review and Valuation.
